Expected Student Behavior

\ ELECTRONIC DEVICES: I want all students to be successful. Cell phones and other electronic devices detract from learning environment. For this reason, they should be turned off and put away out of view, upon entering the classroom. If you bring a laptop or other technological devices to class, it should not be used for purposes other than taking class notes. Cell phone users in the class room will end up an internal assessment grade “zero”

\

\ FOOD AND DRINK: You may bring food and drink into the lecture room, please clean the spills. No food, drink or chewing gum allowed in the laboratory.

\

\ STUDYING: Handouts will provide at the beginning of each lecture. Please read the assigned chapters from the textbooks before the next lecture. Tests questions will be based on class lectures. I advise you to take the class very seriously from the beginning. It is also essential that you study regularly. Use the lecture notes as your starting point when studying. Your time is valuable; make the best possible use of the time you spend studying for this course.
