\ 1. Recognize letters of the alphabet and their sounds. 2. Learn the vowels and their sounds. 3. Assist students in putting letter sounds together to make words. 4. Assist students in writing and spelling words. 5. Assist students in reading and comprehending short stories.

Grading Criteria
