During the Fall & Spring semester, I am available in the office from 9am-11am, Monday-Thursday.  If these times do not work for you, please contact me and we will find a time that works!

During the Summer, I am available by appointment only in the office.  But, we can schedule a phone or virtual meeting anytime!

Course Description

Study of advanced skills in the early childhood setting for teachers and administrators. Content addresses 13 functional areas of quality child care, current research, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors.

Attendance

Attend class regularly and promptly. Attendance is vitally important for the successful completion of this course, especially since there are only seven in-class sessions.

This is a hybrid course.  Part of the instruction will be online and then we will meet as a class on the following Wednesday’s in the Allied Health Building Room 139 from 6:00-8:00pm:   February 8, February 29, April 4, April 25, and May 9.  We will meet for class on January 18th and March 21st on the Washington Street Campus.

The online portion of the course will run from Tuesday afternoon through Monday evening at 11pm.

CDA Infant/Toddler or the CDA Preschool Booklet --   Read Part 2:  Eligibility and Documentation Requirements Pages 9-36

Write your Autobiography according to the guidelines outlined in the CDA Manual.  The Autobiography must be type-written, 1 inch margins, Times New Roman 12 point font and 250-350 words in length.
