The ACcess Learning Center is designed to help students build basic skills in math, reading, and/or writing. Students will follow individualized lesson plans developed for their particular skill area based on weaknesses identified from their pre-test results. Students will work with instructors to build skills as well as practice building skills on the computer or using other supplemental materials. The flexibility of the program allows students to work in the Center around their weekly personal schedules. An initial orientation is mandatory prior to beginning a course of study. Assessments will be given during the first week of enrollment to determine a student’s skill level for placement in the program.
