\ After studying the material presented in this course of study, the student will be able to do the following as evaluated by the faculty in the Office Administration program:
\\ END-OF-COURSE OUTCOMES: As outlined in the learning plan, apply the theory, concepts, and skills involving specialized materials, tools, equipment, procedures, regulations, laws, and interactions within and among political, economic, environmental, social, and legal systems associated with the occupations and the business/industry and will demonstrate legal and ethical behavior, safety practices, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and appropriate written and verbal communication skills using the terminology of the occupation and the business/industry.

EVALUATION: Successfully complete assignments and three (3) External Learning Experience Student Evaluation forms. The average of the three evaluation grades equals the final course grade which must be a “C” or above.
\ Regular attendance at work is necessary for satisfactory achievement; therefore, it is the responsibility of the student to attend work.
