Prerequisite: SGNL 2301

Course Description

Review and application of conversational skills in American Sign Language; interpreting from signing to voice as well as from voice to signing. Introduction to American Sign Language literature and folklore.

Final grade average for this course is computed as follows:

Attendance/participation = 10%

Quizzes = 30%

Final Exam = 25%

Final course averages will be calculated and assigned letter grades. It is assumed that the student will achieve at least a 75% on objectives 3-6 and 80% on objective 7 above.
