Attendance

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous manner in this online/traditional (hybrid) class. Special attention should be paid to the wording of discussion posts, emails, and any communication with peers or the instructor.  In other words, "be nice!"  There is no font for sarcasm.  In reading emails and discussion posts, nonverbal communication elements are lost, such as facial expressions, tone of voice, etc.
