A study of appropriate infant and toddler (birth to 3 years) programs, including an overview of development, quality caregiving routines, appropriate environments, materials and activities, and teaching/guidance techniques.

The lowest two quiz and discussion grades will be dropped at the end of the course.
\ \In order to pass the class, all 4 projects have to be completed -- combined they account for 50% of your final grade. Not doing one will adversely effect your final grade!
This is an online class. All assignments, projects, and exams will be done online. It is the student’s responsibility to log in at least 3-4 times each week, check dates on the syllabus and complete assignments, quizzes, and exams on scheduled dates. Late assignments are not accepted. Modules will open on Tuesday afternoons and all work is due the following Monday night at 11pm.
This is an online class and weekly completion of all discussion forums and chapter quizzes are expeted to be completed on time each week. The online portion of the class will run from Tuesday afternoons through Monday evenings at 11pm. That means, all course work for that particular module will be due at 11pm on Monday evenings. I understand that life happens and there are emergencies that come up, however, you have an entire week to complete the homework, so please don’t wait until the last minute (Monday night) to start your homework for the week.
Discussion forums will not be available to post to after the date/time deadline. Please read carefully and be aware of when things are due.

Take Final Exam Congratulations! You've made it to the end of the course! The final exam will open online on Monday, July 27th at 6:00am and will be due Wednesday, July 29th at 11pm. The exam consists of 30 multiple choice questions and you will have 60 minutes to complete the final exam. Final Grades will be submitted and due by noon on Thursday, July 30th! |
