Successful completion of this course requires a final cumulative exam average of 70% or higher.

SEPARATION OF ROLES:
In response to Texas Administrative Code, Title 25, Part 1, Chapter 157, Subchapter C, Rule §157.36, students MUST NEVER attempt to gain clinical experience outside an EMSP assigned clinical shift. At no time, while gaining clinical experience, may a student be considered operational staff or crew; paid or otherwise.
The highest six (6) of seven (7) examination grades will be used to determine the final cummulative average.
A = 90.0% or above
B = 80-89%
C = 70-79%
F = 69% or below
Regular, timely attendance is mandatory. Each student will alloted one (1) excused absence for the course. At the end of the course the single lowest exam grade will be dropped from the cumulative average.
Do NOT be tardy. Tardy = Absent, no excuses.
