Because this is an online course, attendance is not necessary. However it is recommended that each student check the online course at least 2 to 3 times a week.
Discussion Forums are a large part of this class. It is necessary to check and read all discussion postings during the course. You are required to post and reply in order to get a 100% on a discussion forum. If you only post once – the grade is 50%. If you do not post – the grade is 0. A discussion forum cannot be made up. Once the discussion is due, it will close and you will not be able to go into the forum.
