When a seat becomes available in the class, and you are next in line for that class on Waitlist, you will automatically be registered for the course. You will then receive an email notification to your personal email with the course information and a reminder to pay. Payment must be made on the same day you receive your notice unless otherwise indicated on the email notification. If you have already signed up for a payment plan, the plan will be adjusted to add this course and the additional amount must be paid the same day unless otherwise indicated in the email notification.
Tips for using the Waitlist
- Verify or update your personal email. Waitlist registration notices are sent to personal emails and posted to student schedules immediately after processing, at approximately 6 am each morning.
- Verify or update your phone number. Students are occasionally called for notification of new section openings.
- Once you add yourself to a waitlist for a course, avoid registering for a different section of the same course. This will nullifying the waitlisted course.
- If you add yourself to a waitlist for a course, do not register for a different course that has a time conflict with the waitlisted course. Time conflicts will also nullify the waitlisted course.
