Group Counseling

Group counseling is a supportive environment created among students who share common concerns and goals led by a licensed professional or peer-support specialist. Members have an opportunity of interacting with others and viewing new perspectives. Groups are held in an open format that welcomes new students and typically consists of up to 12 students. Counseling in the group format has shown to be effective for many mental health challenges and is a great option for students seeking to connect with peers.
