In this cohort we will explore the powerful framework of (UDL) that was created to eliminate inequalities in learning. UDL works to accommodate the needs, abilities and learning styles of ALL students. By doing so, students are provided with multiple means of representation to reach multiple sensory modalities. UDL helps remove the barriers and obstacles of learning while adding equitable engagement opportunities for all students.
In this PLCohort, participants will be able to
- Recognize the different types of students and their learning styles.
- Provide options for perception, expression and comprehension within the classroom
- Modify course accessibility after reviewing checklist.
- Reflect and collaborate on one strategy that could be implemented within your course.

Participants will share a short presentation with peers showcasing how they used this strategy in their lesson. They will then complete a final reflection and future action plan.
