Amarillo College provides a solid foundation for students who plan to transfer as English majors to a four-year university. In addition to cultivating students’ critical thinking skills, core English courses at AC broaden both their writing ability and literature competence. Students who major in English at AC are equipped to analyze and communicate well. The College also supports its students through the transfer process.
