Total Body Workout

This class combines TRX training, various Functional Fitness exercises, and treadmill workouts to give you an overall body workout. TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise is a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength using the TRX suspension training system. Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that readies your body for daily activities. These exercises equip you for real-life and daily living. Adaptations for all fitness levels provided.

Intro to Cardio and Weight Training

This class is for anyone who has little experience using cardio equipment and/or weight training equipment.  Learn how to operate and use the various pieces of cardio/weight training equipment.  Develop a basic workout routine using a combination of cardio and weight training equipment.  Track your workout on a provided workout card.  Get off to a great start towards achieving your personal fitness goals.

Pickleball Classes

Intro To Pickleball is for beginner pickleball players.  Learn the basic rules of pickleball and how to play.  The class is scheduled for 15 minutes.  Come during your work break.  Stay and play as long as your schedule allows.   Open play pickleball is allowed for employees only during scheduled times. See the front desk for open play schedule.  
Pickleball League & Intro to Pickleball encourages play with other pickleball enthusiasts. Round robin format matched up with players of similar ability.
