Though the impact of this program is primarily local and regional, it will also have a statewide impact in that some of the students working in the program will be pursuing higher learning at institutions across Texas. These students will be able to employ the skills they learned through this project in their education and employment pursuits. 

Local and regional impact would be Potter and Randall counties; regional impact would be Deaf Smith and Moore in that there are AC campuses in these two counties and we would hold clinics and workshops in those counties; regional impact would also in Swisher, Armstrong, Carson, Hutchinson, Oldham and Hartley in that we have AC legal studies students and AC students who are residents of those counties, but are students at AC.
