  • Ensure you are using your ACconnect username, not your full email address.
    • E.g. Jndoe11, NOT jndoe11@amarillocollege.com

     

  • Manually enter your password instead of using a saved version.
    • Often a saved password is an older version of the password, which can lead to an inability to log in.

     

  • Clear your browser's cache.
  • Try accessing the site using a different web browser.
