Database Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing difficulties logging into the databases, please consider the following steps, which often resolve the issue:
- Ensure you are using your ACconnect username, not your full email address.
- E.g. Jndoe11, NOT jndoe11@amarillocollege.com
- Manually enter your password instead of using a saved version.
- Often a saved password is an older version of the password, which can lead to an inability to log in.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Clearing your history does not fully clear your cache. Please follow the steps below to properly clear your cache.
- Try accessing the site using a different web browser.
- Reset your password through ACconnect.
