There will be songs to appease a variety of musical tastes - from “Do-Re-Mi” to “Bohemian Rhapsody”- when Dr. Nathan Fryml and Dr. Bruce Lin, both of the AC faculty, sit down at their pianos to launch the 2024-25 Arts Performance Series. Their selections will range from classical opera and movie scores to contemporary pieces, each leading the audience to reminisce about the good old days!
Dr. Eric M. Daub, a retired associate professor of music at Texas Lutheran University, will present inspirational hymns and folk songs with which he has felt a special connection since his youth. Daub will perform timeless selections such as “Be Thou My Vision,” “Danny Boy,” and “Shall We Gather at the River.”

Accomplished pianist John Bayless will showcase his improvisational style across a range of feel-good genres, including opera, Broadway shows, movie music, and even songs by the Beatles, on a day traditionally associated with joy.
