Dr. Bruce Lin, director of the piano studies at Amarillo College, organizes Keep Us Live Arts Performance series that presents several concerts to the community yearly. He formerly taught at Texas Lutheran University and the University of the Incarnate Word.

Cellist Jayson Bishop grew up in Boise, Idaho; he began his cello studies there at age 10.

Jayson attended SUNY at Stony Brook, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree as a student of virtuoso cellist Bernard Greenhouse, famed concert artist and founding member of the Beaux Arts Trio.

In 2016, Jayson was accepted at West Texas A&M, where he studied with Emmanuel Lopez of The Harrington String Quartet; he graduated in 2018 with a Master of Music Performance degree.

Jayson lives with his wife Andria and their three girls in Amarillo, and teaches private cello lessons in addition to holding the Associate Principal Cello position in The Amarillo Symphony as well as the Principal Cello position in the Amarillo Opera.

Robert Hansen is the recently retired director of the West Texas A&M University School of Music, a post he held for 13 years. He received the Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of North Texas, after graduate work at Boston University and undergraduate study at Northwestern University. He joined the faculty of WT in 1987 as teacher of voice and director of opera and musical theatre. He was named as a Texas A&M System Regents’ Professor in 2009. Throughout his academic career, he has been an active performer in the concert hall and on stage in all forms of lyric theatre, as well as directing over 80 productions of opera and musical theatre. He served 25 years as the Executive Director of the National Opera Association. Amarillo audiences have heard him perform with Amarillo Opera, Amarillo Little Theatre, the Amarillo Symphony, Randal Chamber Orchestra, and Chamber Music Amarillo. He continues his professional service as a visiting evaluator for the National Association of Schools of Music and as an adjunct instructor of voice at WT and has served on the boards of several Amarillo arts organizations.

Steve Simpson has enjoyed playing piano since 5th grade. He has a BA in Piano and has played for church services, recordings, jazz gigs, choir, voice lessons and operas. After serving as a Worship Pastor for 37 years, Steve in now an Administrative Associate for the WTAMU School of Music. Steve, his wife Debbie and daughter Andreanna Hawbaker all teach piano lessons in our area.

Josh Kendle began playing the violin at age 3 in Amarillo, TX. He completed his studies with Benny Kim at the UMKC Conservatory of Music, earning a Bachelor's of Music in Performance and a Performance Certificate. Professionally, Josh held a one-year position with the Kansas City Symphony for the 2002 - 2003 season. Solo performances include appearances with the Kansas City Civic Orchestra and the Olathe Community Orchestra. He’s performed with the Carter Ensemble since 2007 on the Camerata Musica series in Salem, OR, and in Kansas City, MO. In 2021, Josh joined The NewEar Contemporary Chamber Ensemble as a string quartet member. Currently, he lives in Overland Park, KS and works as a Software Developer and an active freelance musician. He spends his free time hanging out with his wife Katie and their three children; Gabriel, Anna, and Simon.

Noah Seitz, a Corvallis native, completed his Bachelors Degree in Cello Performance at the UMKC Conservatory of Music in 2001. He then returned to Oregon as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Oregon. He is a member of the Eugene Symphony, the Oregon Mozart Players, and Orchestra Next, and regularly performs with the Corvallis-OSU Symphony, Camerata Musica Chamber Music Series in Salem, Chintimini Chamber Music Festival, and various Oregon ensembles. Noah is adjunct professor of cello and chamber music at Pacific and Linfield Universities. He serves as the President of the Board of Camerata Musica, and the Artistic Director of Chintimini Chamber Music Festival in Corvallis. He has performed as featured soloist with Willamette Valley Symphony, Salem Philharmonia, Pacific University Philharmonic and the U of O Symphony. He resides in Keizer, Oregon with his wife Sara (who is a fantastic pianist), two dogs, a cat, six chickens, and a wonderful garden. He is ridiculously proud of his two daughters. Beyond music, Noah loves soccer, holds a Private Pilot License, and loves anything to do with aviation.
