To Check or Change your Voicemail Message.

3C Phones

1. Get dial tone … you can lift the hand set or press the speaker button.
2. Press the voice mail button that is displayed on the screen or enter 5377.
3. The robot will ask you to enter your 4-digit extension and then press the #.
4. The robot will ask you to enter your password (it is 4-digits) then press the # button.
5. The robot will ask you what options you want …follow the menu and select option 5 for personal options and again follow menu and select option 1 for personal setting.
6. Now change your voice mail message and when it is done hang-up the handset or press the speaker button again.

Dterm Series E, I and 9500 Phones

1. Get dial tone … you can lift the hand set or press the speaker button.
2. Enter 5377.
3. The robot will ask you to enter your 4-digit extension and then press the #.
4. Follow the robot’s instructions and select option 7 -setup options.
5. Then select option 1 –personal options.
6. Then select option 1 – change your message.
