Students who wish to withdraw from a course must complete all steps indicated on the Academic Withdrawal Request form by the course withdrawal deadline.

Students enrolled in an educational program in preparation for obtaining certain occupational licenses are potentially ineligible for such license if the student has been convicted of an offense. Homework:
Students should complete all homework on time in pencil. All problems should be completely worked out. If answers are correct, but no work is shown to arrive at that answer, the problem will be counted wrong. Work that is illegible will not be graded and will receive no credit. Homework will be due at the beginning of each class period. After homework is collected anything turned in after that will be late and will receive a maximum score of 70. No homework will be accepted late after the beginning of the next class period for which the homework was originally due.
Exams:
No make-up Exams will be given.
There are three exams (each worth 10% of your grade) and a Final Exam (20% of your grade).
Attendance is a requirement. If a student misses class, it is his/her responsibility to get notes from a classmate and have homework assignment ready for next class meeting.
