Off Duty Management/Officer TRAK System 

The Amarillo College Police Department has partnered with Off Duty Management to respond to requests for police officers at Amarillo College-sponsored events. ACPD will no longer provide all police services or absorb the cost.

All positions provided through the Off Duty Management/Officer TRAK system are verified as being in compliance with the policies of Amarillo College and the City of Amarillo Police Department. 

Functions For Which An Officer May Not Be Employed

  • Any activity that creates a conflict of interest or is incompatible or inconsistent with normal police department duties. 
  • Any activity that is undignified or lowers the prestige of the officer. 
  • Any business whose primary source of revenue or service is in any way connected with the distribution of alcoholic beverages. 
  • Events serving alcohol must have AC presidential approval and follow college policies. Officers will not be allowed to work unless a sufficient number of officers are hired based on the size of the group. (See AC Policy GDA and AC Facilities Use Guide)
