Program begins each Fall semester (late August). Applications for each Fall begin in January each year for the following fall.  Application deadlines are described in the application packet linked below.

The application packet (linked above) includes detailed information about application procedures, Frequently Asked Questions, Computer Requirements, acceptance procedures, estimated costs, financial aid, class transfer information, clinical sites, and MUCH more! I think you'll find that the application packet and orientation videos will address most questions you might have about our program and how it works.

Please note: Completion of application materials does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance is also dependent upon clinical availability. Clinical access may be very challenging in some areas. In Texas, clinical sites are very difficult to find in many of the state's major metropolitan areas (DFW, Austin/San Antonio, Houston) for various reasons. And setting up new clinical sites in other areas across the nation can be challenging. Please contact the program Director for more details related to those areas mentioned inTexas. 

Also Note: our program is not available in non-U.S. state territories or anywhere outside of the United States at this time. Our program has also not been available in California, New York and New Jersey as they have not signed on to a national agreement allowing distance programs in those states.

As described in the application packet (above), the FIRST thing an applicant will submit is an email with the subject heading "(Your Name) Part 1 Application process" and the email must include the completed PDF documents found in the application download above (the Program Interest Form as well as the Transcript Evaluation documents. The "Program Interest form" is an EDITABLE PDF, so you type right into it, save that document to your computer and submit it along with your transcripts and the Transcript evaluation document. Please refer to the "Application Proce" section of the downloadable application for more details.  Please note that all document submissions MUST be in PDF format, not image files. And please be sure to review teh academic eligibility requirements BEFORE submitting an application. These requirements are found in the Degree Plan section of the application packet.  See the "Application Procedures" section of the downloadable application packet BEFORE sending in ANY application information.

Once the applicant has submitted the Program Interest Form and transcripts ("Part 1" of the application process outlined in the application packet, the applicant is directed to view 11 Orientation videos that are required viewing for applicants that applicants track using the "Keyword" download the keyword document found below).  The videos walks the applicant through the application packet and gives additional information about our program and the field of radiation therapy! I think you will find these videos to be enormously helpful!  IMPORTANT NOTE: THE VIDEOS DESCRIBE SOME DIFFERENT PROCEDURES FOR DISTANCE STUDENTS VS LOCAL/AREA APPLICANTS. BUT NOW, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED FOR LOCAL/AREA STUDENTS.
