Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University have teamed up to celebrate AC graduates and their transfer to WT with a signing day. This event will showcase your academic success and recognize your commitment to WT and aspiration to complete your bachelor's degree.
AC students transferring to WT and graduating in 2026 Spring, Summer or Fall are eligible to participate.

Transfer Visit Day will introduce prospective students to the resources available at Texas Tech University. Students will be able to meet with an advisor, take a tour of campus and meet with academic colleges. There are also several opportunities to interact with former transfer students who are now current Red Raiders!

Thrive as the medication expert on the health care team, with a versatile career and unlimited earning potential by completing the TTUHSC pharmacy degree program.
The visit will be at the School of Pharmacy located in Amarillo, and students will learn how an AC Associate of Science in Biology prepares students to apply to the school of pharmacy, review the Pharm D curriculum, speak with faculty and students and tour the school.

The WT College of Business transfer visit day is for AC Business and Computer Information System students seeking to pursue a business or CIS bachelor’s degree. Students will learn about the programs offered, participate in a business class or CIS faculty discussion, tour the College of Business and enjoy a Q&A lunch session with WT business students and faculty.
West Texas A&M University – Classroom Center

Texas Tech University Department of Petroleum Engineering will host a Roughneck Boot Camp, a hands-on experience, where students will inspect industry equipment and have the opportunity to network with top industry experts. Students will tour the Petroleum Building and the Oilfield Technology Center (OTC) and receive a detailed discussion on resume and interviewing skills to prepare for a career in petroleum engineering.
