• Businesses partnering with an eligible applicant may receive up to $500,000 to meet customized training needs 
• Cost per trainee $2,400
• 1% wage increase at the end of training for employees 
• Training for full-time W-2 employees
• Texas Residents
• 85% trainee retention for 60 days after training.
• 12- Month Grant Terms
