Potential graduates are identified by the Registrar's office midway through each Fall and Spring term and are notified through their AC student email account. This email informs students that they are a potential graduate for the indicated program and award level and invites them to participate in that term's commencement ceremony.
All graduation and commencement communications will be sent to the student's AC email account.
Students who have not received a graduation notification in their email by April 10th, but believe that they should be graduating/participating in this ceremony, should contact their advisor.
Final Instructions will be emailed to graduates no later than May 11th
