Transcript Information


Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Registrar's Office is not currently releasing or receiving transcripts in a face-to-face format.  If you need an official trascript, please request it via The National Student Clearinghourse or mail/fax your request.  


At this time, it is possible that mail and Fed-Ex reqeusts may be processed more slowy than normal. Until furhter notice, it is not recommended that student pay for overnight Fed-Ex requests. 

Registrar's Office will be closed weekends including the following days and no transcripts will be express mailed or mailed during these days.

Your Amarillo College official transcript may be ordered in the following ways: 

Current Students

  1. ONLINE: Log into AC Connect, click on the Current Student --> Academic Profile --> Official Transcript. (Allows for Electronic PDF ordering and Electronic Transcript Exchange processing).

Past and Current Students

  1. ONLINEVisit the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to order your transcript. Students can order standard transcripts through NSC or through options #2 (Mail or Fax) or #3 (In Person), but all FedEx requests or transcript email requests must be submitted through NSC. The NSC does charge a small fee for transcript requests and FedEx requests are charged standard shipping fees in addition to the NSC fee. All FedEx requests are processed as our first priority every morning. As a result, FedEx requests must be received prior to 8 A.M. on the business day you'd like it sent out to ensure it is fully processed and goes out in that day's mail.   
  2. MAIL OR FAX Complete/Submit the Transcript Request Form.
  3. IN PERSON: Bring a photo ID to any AskAC Counter.
