Timely Care

Amarillo College has partnered with TimelyMD, the leading virtual health and well-being solution in higher education, to offer all Amarillo College academic students free and equitable access to medical, mental health, and basic needs support through the TimelyCare platform. This service is available 24/7 regardless of student location, with on-demand and scheduled appointment visits with licensed medical and mental health providers. TimelyCare offers a diverse provider selection from which students can choose a provider that is reflective of their language, culture, and approach of choice.

Students will receive no-cost services for:

• Unlimited on-demand medical care
• Unlimited appointment based medical care
• Unlimited on-demand mental health support (TalkNow)
• Appointment-based mental health counseling (10 sessions per year)
• Psychiatric support (referrals done through the Counseling Center)
• Health Coaching
• Basic Needs assistance
• Digital self-care content
• Prescriptions discount card
