Camp WOW is an interactive, one-day immersion into the AC Culture of Caring. You will learn about Amarillo College; it's mission, vision, and values; and what we do to offer every student the opportunity to succeed. You will have fun and explore what it means to live out AC's values: Wow, Innovative, Family, Fun, and YES!
Poverty Simulation/Training
Poverty is a reality for many of our students at Amarillo College. All of our staff and faculty will experience a poverty simulation; however, if you want further training, you can contact us using the button below in the Instructor-Led Learning Solutions section to set up a time to go through a deep-dive on poverty with your team. Each deep-dive will be lead by one of our trained poverty coaches on staff, and will help you become a more poverty-informed staff member to help us battle poverty on behalf of our students.
