The American Library Association has created a Fair Use Evaluator that can help you discern what is legal regarding Fair Use. It is partially presentation and partially a form to fill out and the tool will help you to know if it falls under Fair Use.
Rutgers University has created a guide to assist with copyright issues. Topics covered are: what copyright includes, ownership, duration and extent of protection, exclusive rights of copyright owners, fair use, and classroom use.

The Amarillo College Library has partnered with the Billy Bee Flesher Advocacy and Resource Center (ARC) to provide rentable textbooks and calculators to students free-of-charge.
