For Faculty and Academic Affairs Leaders
Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 | IE Planning and Evaluation Meetings with AVP, Dean, IE, and each Department Leader to discuss ongoing Program Review, data, and inform the next Program Review cycle. |
9/15/24 | 2023-24 PSLO Assessment and Evaluation Report for Technical Programs - Annual report due from specific designated technical programs. |
12/1/24 | SACSCOC Substantive Change Prospectuses must be complete to ensure delivery to and review by SACSCOC for a Fall 2025 start for any new programs or new off-campus instructional sites (1/1/25 deadline). *Note: Curriculum Committee approval is required for new programs. |
2/15/25 | Spring 2024/Fall 2024 Adjunct Faculty Performance Reviews due. |
3/17 - 3/24/25 | 2025-26 Online Catalog review by academic leaders prior to publication. |
3/24/25 | IE publishes Online Catalog at least a week prior to Summer & Fall 2025 registration. |
4/15/25 | Out-of-State Learning Placements to be submitted for inclusion in the June NC-SARA report. |
6/1/25 | IE Planning and Evaluation Report due to IE. |
