Concert Choir Master Chorale Mozart Requiem Nov 2022

Amarillo Master Chorale (formerly Amarillo Civic Chorus) celebrates over 35 seasons of serving the Amarillo community with beautiful choral music. AMC is an auditioned professional-level community choir affiliated with Amarillo College that specializes in the performance of quality choral literature. They began performing in 1980 under the direction of Dr. George Biffle, and four years later, they acquired a non-profit status with elected board members and by-laws. Civic Chorus became affiliated with Amarillo College in 1985 with the help of music chair Dr. Dale Roller. The chorus was conducted by Dr. Richard Nance from 1985-1992 and, under the leadership of Dr. Steven Weber (1992-Spring 2016), changed its name to Amarillo Master Chorale in 2009. The Chorale is excited to welcome Nathaniel Fryml as Artistic Director, Fall 2016. For further information about Amarillo Master Chorale, please visit our website or call 806-371-5344.

Amarillo College is proud to be a community partner with the Amarillo Master Chorale.
