The Amarillo College Chamber Orchestra is an exceptional opportunity for both students and community members to perform in an advanced string orchestra. Businesspeople, doctors, school orchestra directors, and other regional string players join Amarillo College music majors in performing standards and exploratory pieces. Non-music majors can use the Chamber Orchestra as a non-core curriculum elective option (1 hour credit) for their degree plan.
The orchestra meets each Thursday evening during the fall and spring semesters.
