Amarillo College Business Office will not mail out paper statements.  All students are asked to visit the AC website and their email account for notifications of reminders for last day to pay.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: May 7th for summer & Aug 6th for Fall

If you have not set up a payment plan or paid your balance in full by dates stated above, your scheduled classes will be dropped – unless you are eligible for Thrive, ACE, or QUEST, or have financial aid funds that have already been awarded*.

To make a payment or sign up for a payment plan, log on to the AC Connect Portal, go to the Self Service header, click on Current Student, Financial Information, then View Account & Make a Payment, log in to the secure payment portal with your AC Connect credentials, then make a payment or enroll in a payment plan.

If you register for classes after dates stated above, you will need to set up a payment plan or pay your balance in full at the time of registration, unless you have financial aid that has already been awarded.

*Students who have qualified for financial aid will be notified of the amount remaining after their financial aid funds have been applied to their account. They will have until the Thursday before classes begin to pay any remaining balance before classes are dropped.  In all cases, payment or payment arrangements must be in place prior to the start of the earliest class to avoid being dropped for non payment.

 

Making Summer tuition payment during Phase III of AC's COVID-19 Action Plan

  • Ability to pay on-site/in-person will be limited to the open hours of the Ware Student Commons. Note: Campus will be closing at noon on Fridays. 
  • You can set up a payment plan online. Login to the Payment Center to review your payment options. 
  • Payment can be made using a credit card or a check (even over the phone). 
  • Full payments can be made over the phone. Call AskAC at (806) 371-5000. 

For Continuing Education Courses

Payment is due at the time of registration. Payment not received will result in classes being dropped for non-payment.  Payment plans are not available for Continuing Education courses.
