Find your course census roster due dates in the “My Important Course Section Dates” in the Faculty section of WebAdvisor in ACConnect.

Faculty must submit the census roster on the course census date or by noon the day following the census date.

Students must have completed some type of work online, or shown up in person to class to be counted as “attending” for this report.  A student’s intent to attend class or merely logging into Blackboard cannot be used to mark a student as present and a student marked present at the census date should not be reported with the grade submission as non-attending.  IF A STUDENT IS MARKED NON-ATTENDING, they will be ADMINISTRATIVELY DROPPED from the class with no questions asked; please double check your records regarding any non-attending student you may have.

This is an important record for student financial aid and state funding.
